Overview:
UTM-1 Edge Industrial combines antivirus, firewall, intrusion prevention, and VPN technologies to protect networked industrial equipment on the production floor from unauthorised access and attack. As part of Check Point’s Unified Security Architecture, UTM-1 Edge Industrial can enforce a global security policy and allows administrators to manage and update these along side other UTM-1 Edge appliances. Check Point SMART (Security Management Architecture) management solutions can also manage UTM-1 Edge Industrial, as well as SmartDefence Services, which protect against new threats by providing real-time defence updates and configuration advisories.
