1hr & 4hr Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Business
Critical Systems
Here at Signal Networks we understand the importance
of a quick and efficient response to your network problems, and
how crucial it is to reduce downtime. That's why, in the event of
a business critical failure or error in your business system, we
will deploy one of our technitians to your site if we cannot resolve
the problem remotely within 4 hours. Downtime leads to a loss of
working time, which means losing money and consequently has a seriously
negative impact on your business - we will do everything we can
to prevent this from happening!
Here are a list of features which a client may
specify under 'business critical' as part of their 4hr SLA in an
IT support contract:
- 1 x HPDL350 G5 tower running Windows small business server
2003.
- 1 x 16 Port 100Mb Network Switch.
- 1 x 8 Port 1G Network Switch.
- 1 x Cisco PIX 501 50 user firewall.
- 2 x dedicated servers hosted at CoLo.
- 1 x Red Hat Linux server hosted at Rackspace.
- 1 x Linksys WiFi router.
