Daily Checkouts
Here at Signal Networks we run Daily Checkouts
each and every day on your entire system to check that everything
is working efficiently, meaning that problems are never missed and
we can often detect and resolve a problem even before you notice
it.
The daily checkout will verify that the system
is working efficiently - for example; all back ups completed successfully,
all Anti-Virus software is up to date and that Patch Management
is up to date and all aspects of the network conform to company
policy.
We are notified to all issues or potential issues,
and everything is logged to generate comprehensive documentation
on your network and its overall performance. We can then tailor
the way we report the issues to your specific requriements - for
example; when we are notified of an issue which we deem as potentially
harmful then we can notify you, either via phone or email.
We work in a proactive environment logging all
issues and calls you make to us into our CRM system. This enables
us to keep a track of all new and existing support tickets that
you have had, reducing the need for repetition. Our comprehensive
CRM facilities also have a customer portal so you can view the portfolio
of support calls and manage your own support tickets.
