Pre-Pay IT Support Contract
This is the most versatile way of purchasing support
for your company should you not need day to day IT support from
us. It works like this - you purchase an amount of hours from us
which you can then use however you want for what ever you want!
The hours can be used for both phone and on site
support, general maintenance, problem solving, installation work,
servicing printers - basically, whatever type of work you need doing!
The more hours you buy the better the hourly rate. With the hours
you purchase we will perform work on any aspect of your IT systems.
This type of support offers priority on-demand
telephone, remote and on-site support during normal business hours
(Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm, not incl. bank holidays). Support can
be arranged outside these hours but at an extra charge. This type
of support is perfect for holiday cover, if you know how long a
member of your IT staff is away for then the relevant amount of
support hours can be purchased to cover them during their absence.
It's the most versatile and flexible IT support you can find!
Minimum on-site visit length is 30mins, with 15
min increments thereafter. The minimum time for telephone or remote
support is 15 mins, also with 15 increments thereafter.
Note:
- No call out fee is charged
- Unlimited number of call outs
- No charge for a telephone support incident under 5
mins
- Any hardware required to rectify faults will come
at an extra charge

'Pay As You Go' IT Support
Some companies are reluctant to commit themselves
to a 12 month contract. Perhaps because they have an in house IT
staff member, or their computer systems are not critical to the
day to day running of their business, or maybe they simply require
a one off job done now and then. Also, the 'pay as you go' support
is ideal for holiday and sickness cover. When you have an unexpected
or prolonged period of time when your IT staff are absent, Signal
Networks can offer ad hoc support for however long you need us!
Whatever your requirements, here at Signal Networks
we are more than happy to support you. Our 'Pay As You Go' service
enables companies who don't want a fixed contract to receive phone
support or site visits whenever they need it.
