The all new Blackberry Z10 was only released one month ago but already the OS has received a software update.
Blackberry announced the update yesterday, stating that a number of improvements have been made thanks to feedback from Z10 users. Blackberry stressed the update was simply to make ‘improvements’ and not to ‘fix’ any actual issues with the operating systems.
The update made improvements in areas surrounding importing contacts from online apps, video playback, call logging and BlackBerry hub conversation handling as well as tweaks made to the camera to allow it to take better quality pictures in low levels of light and various improvements across all boards to aid battery life. 60 different software developments to improve battery life have been made since the BlackBerry 10 went live at the end of January.
The 150Mb 10.0.10.85 update was made available yesterday.
