Today Richard Collins Managing Director of Signal Networks Ltd, (the west’s leading IT support company) announced further enlargement of the companys award winning Help Desk and Technical Support team.
Following the recent move to a brand new office at Bath Road Studios the company is on it’s way onwards and upwards. The new office is three times larger than the old one and the company plans to make full use of this new space by expanding the company significantly over the coming years.
The Bristol based company, first established in 2000 made the announcement today following both a series of new business gains and also increased business from it’s existing established client base. The Signal service teams offers help and advice to business’ based right across the UK and new team members are joining the company from all over the country.
Richard Collins explains “Each of our clients expect proactive support and each member of our team works hard to solve each of the problems and opportunities that they face. We also dedicate time to ensuring clients computer systems are up to date and safe. Our success is in no small part due to the fact that corporately we are committed to investing in people and fully training the team is a vital component in our service delivery”.
Collins adds “Generally the service needed by clients in the current tough economic environment has to be fast, efficient and effective and by enlarging our team we will continue to be very well resourced to deliver effectively”.
Richard Collins recently took full control of the company and believes that investment is the key to the future and also making sure that he has have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Collins comments “Business is good now and when the UK economic upturn starts we will be very well placed to build the service to an even wider client base. We are always looking for the right people to give great advice and service is vital.”
