Complaint Filed Against GCHQ ‘Hacking’

Privacy campaigners have filled a complaint against the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) for using ‘unlawful hacking’ to help its surveillance efforts. In a 30-page legal complaint filed by the Privacy International to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal, Privacy International have claimed the GCHQ has infected millions of devices to spy on citizens and expose personal data.
