We currently require:
IT Support Technician
IT Support Technicians looking to progress within a forward focused & dynamic company, you will already possess the following skills:
- A background in supporting desktop and server products (such as Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Windows Server 2003/12, – Microsoft Exchange 2003/13 and Microsoft Office 2007/13)
- Expertise in LAN and WAN networking, web-based systems, user access control, client side software, client management, remote access and telephony
- Proven practical hands on experience of working within an IT support environment
- Service focused with the skills to build an affinity with all levels of client stakeholders
- Good problem solving skills, with an ability to take a methodical approach to troubleshooting support issues
- Proactive attitude when dealing with support issues
- Ability to work under pressure and learn “on the job”
- Flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess confidence when liaising with all levels of staff including Directors and Senior Managers within the business and with client stakeholders
- To be responsible for self-development and acquiring new skills
- An ambitious attitude with the drive to progress within an expanding Company
Desired skills:
- Expertise of working in an ITIL compliant organisation.
- MCP in Windows XP/Vista/7/8
- MCP in Windows Server 2003 – 2012.
- BTEC in an IT related field

IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineers looking to progress within a forward focused & dynamic company, you will already possess the following skills:
- A background in supporting desktop and server products (such as Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Windows Server 2003/12, – Microsoft Exchange 2003/13 and Microsoft Office 2007/13)
- Proven hands on and theoretical knowledge of Cisco, LAN and WAN networking, web-based systems, user access control, client side software, client management, remote access and telephony
- An ability to mentor and act as an escalation point for junior members of staff
- Proven practical hands on experience of working within an IT support environment
- Service focused with the skills to build an affinity with all levels of client stakeholders
- Good problem solving skills, with an ability to take a methodical approach to troubleshooting support issues
- Proactive attitude when dealing with support issues
- Ability to work under pressure and learn “on the job”
- Flexible and able to prioritise and manage workload
- Experience, ownership and accountability of Project Managing IT solutions into customer environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess confidence when liaising with all levels of staff including Directors and Senior Managers within the business and with client stakeholders
- To be responsible for self-development and acquiring new skills
- An ambitious attitude with the drive to progress within an expanding Company
Desired skills:
- Expertise of working in an ITIL compliant organisation.

- MCP in Windows Server 2003 – 2012.
- HNC or HND in an IT related field
- Cisco CCNA and Cisco ASA experience
- Experience of Fortinet Firewalls
