Today sees the launch of 4G super fast mobile broadband from a further 2 network operators, O2 and Vodaphone.
EE has been offering it’s customers 4G mobile broadband on the go since the end of 2012, but until now have had no competition for the hearts of mobile browsers craving a super fast connection. Now both O2 and Vodaphone will be able to offer their users 4G services.
The introduction however of these new services will be initially restricted to certain areas of London for Vodaphone customers and London, Leeds and Bradford for users of O2.
All 4 networks that will provide a 4G connection to their customers will extend their services to other towns and cities across the UK over the next few years. Three is the final operator to introduce 4G to it’s offerings and will provide super fast mobile browsing to London, Birmingham and Manchester before the end of this year.
